Tips For Better Sleep z Z z

I love my sleep! It's so important to me and determines what kind of day i'm going to have depending 
on how well I slept the night before. So for those of you out there who were like me and can't get a 
good night sleep, here are a few tips that will help! 


  • Resist the urge for caffeine after 3 p.m.
  • Turn off all electronics 30 min before you head to bed.
  • Meditate before to clear your head
  • Go to the bathroom before bed
  • Do some light stretching to relax your muscles
  • Use a sleep mask to eliminate any light
  • Ear plugs if you need complete silence
  • Breathing exercises (breathe in for 3 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 5 seconds, repeat)
